RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase or within 14 days from date of receipt, as we want our customers to have ample time to examine the merchandise received, for refund or exchange. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. For new merchandise, the returned product must be UNOPENED. Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For new items, returned products must be in brand new condition, UNOPENED, have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), or returned merchandise with a different serial number than the one seller originally shipped cannot be returned. Damage because it was improperly packaged for the return shipment, damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling, including in-flight or other damages, will not be accepted for refund/exchange.

The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

For used items, returned products must be in their original conditions that are received, have all items, materials, and accessories that are shipped, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards, if the orders contain such.

Shipment errors due to a bad address provided by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. SuperDealGlobal / SuperDealGlobal.com reserves the right to refuse the return, refund, exchange, and charge a restocking fee for any product, that doesn't comply with the above-mentioned requirements, or at its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller’s liability for any claims with respect to the products shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the products under the invoice. Such limitations on the seller’s liability shall apply even if the seller’s liability is due in whole or in part to its own negligence. Any action by or on behalf of Buyer or its successors or assigns for breach of this document must be commenced within six (6) months after the cause of action has accrued.

INDEMNITY

Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller and its affiliated or related companies from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and cost of defense arising from, related to or in any way connected with or alleged to arise from or out of any asserted deficiencies or defects in Product caused by any alteration or modification thereof by Buyer with or without Seller’s consent, or improper handling or storage by Buyer, the breach of any term or condition stated herein, Buyer’s failure to label Product or Buyer’s improper labeling of Product regardless of whether the labeling was done with or without the advice of Seller.
