This came to us in a vintage Barbie collection, it appears to be similar or same material as the Tammy dress titled Opening Night, also similar to the material used for the 1977 Superstar Barbie gown. This is for a much larger baby doll or child size fashion doll. We compared it to a Gerber brand garment for a 19 -20 pound infant and it is about three quarters of that size. However this is doll clothes we believe. The material is too fragile for children. It has a label that reads Determined Productions Inc, with a California address and Made in Hong Kong. Other that being wrinkled it appears in mint condition.
