This CD is Brand New and factory-sealed, but it's possible that the disc label has the word "promotional" on it, put there by the record label. I bought this CD from a music collector and music critic. Many of the CDs that were in his collection are regular CDs (not promos), but at least some of them, though still factory-sealed, have disc labels that are marked as "promotional." It's impossible for me to know which of the CDs have the promotional marking and which do not without opening the CDs and making them not new. So, please only buy this if you are okay with potentially having the word "promotional" on the disc label. From looking at the CD, I see no indications that it's a promo, but it's possible.
