I wasn't quite sure as to if these were men's or women's pants but think they are women's. They say they are a 4X but to me they seem small for that and fit me so they are more like a 1X or 2X size, like 20 to 22. They must of shrunk like crazy or something. Measures about 41 inches around the waist area. There is an elastic waist on this and a draw string. Length of inseam is 30.5 and the rise is 13 inches. Please go more by my measurements as to fit.
