Vintage Staffordshire Style Toby Character Mug Jug Pitcher Seated Victorian Gentleman Holding Beer This handpainted character mug features a rotund, seated, 18th-century Victorian gentleman in a tricorn hat and a cobalt blue jacket and rust breeches, with a jug or mug of beer in one hand, and a cup in the other. Unmarked. While the origin and exact age of this piece is unknown, it is a beautiful example of Victorian style art pottery. It would make a great addition to any collection of Victorian or Staffordshire style of decorative pottery and glassware. EXCELLENT CONDITION ~ No nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites or damage.
