It is one piece of NATURAL CARNELIAN GEMSTONE that has been hand-carved into a ring. The center of the ring is set with a CLUSTER of 21 OLD SINGLE CUT OLD TRANSITIONAL CUT DIAMONDS that are set in PLATINUM and weigh approx. .52 ctw. These WHITE diamonds are in the F-G-H color range with SI clarity and they have a closed back. The ring size is between 8 - 8.25 and it can not be resized larger, but you could add an inner piece to make it a bit smaller. The top of the ring measures 13.14 mm wide and it tapers down to 8.14 mm at the bottom of the shank. The top of the ring is 7.95 mm thick and the total weight is 9.7 grams.
