This is a single Ursa's Power Plant - Winter - card from Magic The Gathering, Chronicles Edition, released in July, 1995 by Wizards of the Coast. The cards were removed from an expansion pack in 1995 and stored in an Ultra Protector plastic sleeves. They have never been played. The picture is one of the actual copies being auctioned. I am the original owner and have kept them in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home. If you would like more information, please feel free to ask.
