Here is the ultimate collection of rare Beach Boys tracks, spanning their entire career. Over the past 40+ years, the group has trickled out previously unreleased "vault" tracks on various releases, from 1983's 'Rarities' album to 1990's 2-fer CDs to 1993's Good Vibrations box and several other box sets, download only sets and website downloads. This set gathers them ALL up, presents them in chronological order and in great sound quality to show an "alternate history" to the group. Taken as a whole, it's amazing that a band could leave so many quality tracks in the vault, but that is one of the things which make the Beach Boys such a fascinating group to study and enjoy. To sweeten the pot, several "A.I. assisted" tracks have been added to finish off uncompleted instrumental tracks with vocals.
