There are no markings on the face. The tang is marked on both sides. Side A - "Orr Locket H'dwe Co" "Chicago JLL". Side B - "Carbon Extra" "Made in Germany". The hard plastic scales (handle) measures 5.5 inches and features a smooth, off-white, wood-like design with ornate silver tips at each end and a functioning pivot pin.
