A lovely pair of filigree sterling heart earrings with marcasite cabochon accents and a black onyx stone. The sterling silver hearts are filigree with an oval black onyx cabochon in the center. There is openwork of filigree surrounding the stone and oval shapes. Elongated ovals enhance the left, right, and bottom points of the piece and one smaller oval is in between the two top forms. This smaller one, and the oval at the bottom, each have a marcasite stone in its center. The upper two ovals each have two of the glistening cabochons. Swirling silver makes the earring a beauty in itself, the added sparkle of the marcasite makes the pair dazzling! These clip-on earrings measure approximately .875" in diameter. The oval black onyx stone is 5mm x 4mm. Marked CW, the sterling silver earrings are in excellent condition, believed to be from the late 1970's. Weight is 8g for the pair. All stones are intact.
