Item description

This seems to be a page taken from a bank register book from the Piqua National Bank and Trust Company, dated April 12, 1945 through April 25, 1945. Top Reads PIQUA COCA COLA BOTTLING WORKS, showing all checks, deposits, dates, check numbers and balance during that timeframe or Statement of account to close of business dated April 25, 1945. All I can say is wow, if this was for the company in 1945 and their ending balance was only $2,900.46, that is truly amazing, and now seemingly peanuts by anybodys standards for a giant like COKE. A really neat piece of American history. Coke, Banking, and the good ole, manual work of record keeping back in the day. Measures approx 7 x 11", and is slightly heavier stock than regular paper. check from the Piqua Coca-Cola Bottling Co., to Airstream Trailer, Inc. , both icons of this part of the State of Ohio. Dated March 12, 1971 for the amount of 12.96. Not sure, thinking maybe it was from sales of Coke products within their company, but not for sure. This is used/handled but in really decent shape for age. Seems to have a slight impression or crease like about 2.25" over from the right, maybe from the bend in the checkbook, bank machines or something. No hard crease though. Has staple mark on the right side of check, with typical markings, rubber stamp marks from cashing banks, etc throughout. I take pride in my pictures, and are a valuable extension of my description. Please take time to see the product fully. Buy with confidence! All items are packaged with great care and shipped next day, excluding any weekends and holidays.
