IMPORTANT NOTES: 1/ CLEANING: Please follow these steps: - remove the leftover dough in the back of the disc after using; - soak the disc in water for 2 days; - then put it directly under a running water hose 2/ METHOD for shaped discs and thin discs (such as Lasagna 0.6mm,...) - Use HOT water for dough - Let the dough rest in some minutes - Extrude 2 times: first time by any Philips disc (which are thick and big holes). Cut the pasta out short and put it in again and extrude by my shaped discs - Use a shape cutter to cut (better with a fruit knife - for shaped discs) 3/ FOR FUSILLI - Soak it in HOT water while making the dough - Use HOT water for dough - Let the dough rest in some minutes - Extrude 2 times: first time by any Philips disc (which are thick and big holes). Cut the pasta out short, install the fusilli in (which is HOT now) and extrude.
