We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

Don’t love your product? No worries! We offer a 30 days money back guarantee with full refund on any unused items. If 30 days have gone since you receive your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return you must send the package within 30 days since the date received and provide us the details about your return to [email protected]

RETURNS

Products that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags attached are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, refunds are available in the form of Online Store Credit only.

INSTRUCTIONS

To return your product, you must mail it to: Vanessa Barudi

Address: Bom Pastor 2760 – Ipiranga São Paulo – SP Cep 04203-003 Brazil.

Pack the item/s securely in the package along with the order # written on a box or inside the package, with a note explaining why you are returning them.
Along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange or refund the product. In all cases refund will be made ONLY to the card used for the original purchase.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable

REFUND TIME

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
