If you are not satisfied, for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (if the product is undamaged).

Please contact us if you are experiencing technical issues before starting the return process, many of these issues can be quickly resolved over the phone.

Full details of our return policy are:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt
• Return options are money back or exchange
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless an error occurred on our part
• Original shipping fees are not refundable unless an error occurred on our part
• All returned products must be in its original condition, include original manufacturer packaging and accessories
• All products sold in factory sealed packaging must be unopened and factory seals must be intact
• All returned products will be reviewed to confirm the condition and eligibility for a refund
• All products returned for refund in a different condition than sold are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• All returns must be securely packed and shipped in an appropriate shock resistant packaging

We work hard to ensure that all items are received in the condition described, and if you’ve received an item damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We will do all we can to remedy the situation, either by sending a replacement item or by refunding your order, and we’ll help you to return the damaged item at our expense.
