In a silvertone metal this is a HIGHLANDER CHAMPION TIE TACK!
It shows an H design with the two vertical bars of the H being in green enamel. One reads "HIGHLANDER" and the other reads "CHAMPION".
Standing in between the two bars is the figure of a man all decked out in his Kilt and other Scottish regalia.
