Similar to it's "cousin" Billy The Singing Bass, but MUCH MUCH more rare! I tested it and the mouth moves and the music plays fine. The tail moves a little, same with head. Evidently this model is just like the more widespread "Billy Bass" and is hard if not impossible to find working perfectly. So much so, that I've seen videos on YouTube on how to repair them!
