The ink that is imprinted on it is green and slightly raised, so it is a different material than the traditional blue transfer sheets. From a different one I tested, it seems like it may transfer blotchy. The ink could have been applied more in dots. I did an iron-on test on cotton fabric and it seems like you may get a one-time transfer. Since it is older, I can't guarantee that it will transfer or what the quality of the transfer will be, because if I test it, the transfer may be shot.
