Refunds: I want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, I will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition. Shipping fees paid during original purchase will not be reimbursed.

I will NOT accept returns if you open/damage/use the item. Please note that new personal care products such as makeup, skincare, hair care products, bath & body items, medication, vitamins and/or medical supplies that have been opened cannot be returned.
