Fashion Icon Return & Refund Policy

Fashion Icon reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will go into immediate effect.

For after-sales issues, customers must file a return & refund request within 30 days of the delivery date. If the period of return & refund request that is filed exceeds 30 days, Fashion Icon reserves the right to not provide any after-sales services.

If the customer receives goods that are damaged or broken, and applies for a refund with compelling evidence(photos of the damaged product), the customer may request a pre-paid return merchandise authorization (RMA), to return those damaged goods, for a full refund. Fashion Icon reserves the right to consider whether the evidence is compelling or not, upon which at said time the evidence should be deemed “non-compelling,” Fashion Icon has the right to reject the request.

After-sale requests for “non-defective remorse returns” are accepted, with a 35% "restocking & repacking fee” included in the total price of the refund. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of all “non-defective remorse returns.”
