This item is in NEW condition and is still sealed in clear plastic. The vest is safety yellow, with a safety orange colored striping that has reflective striping on the orange striping. IBS is the brand that made this safety vest, but it features a company logo/name on the back side of the vest. The vest has a zipper closure and has maroon colored printing that on the back side that reads: Carothers Construction Inc. The white colored tag located in the inside neckline of the vest reads: IBS ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 100% Polyester Class-2 Mdl# OK5050409 Size: L/XL Class 2 Level 2 MADE IN CHINA. The clear plastic has some residue from label and/or stickers, and also some smudges on it, but the vest is not affected in any way. Despite the vest having a company name on the back, this vest can still be used for working in any environment where a safety vest is needed, as this would not affect the usage and purpose of the vest in any way.
