This is a new, just out of package / open box condition small (approx. 6.5" inches long) adapter cable. This allows you to attach a 9 volt battery to the power input on a guitar effect pedal that has no battery compartment of it's own. The mini guitar pedals and some larger pedals do not have a 9 volt battery compartment, so this can allow one of those types of pedals to run on a 9V battery.
