Growing up to 20 feet tall this plant likes to live in full sun. From late Winter to early Spring this plant blossoms cream, and tan. The seeds can be eaten raw and roasted and are often used in cakes, bread, and biscuits. A clear yellow oil is taken from the seed, where it is used to make salad dressings.
