Wipe surface of teeth with a clean dry cloth or finger wipe. Insert a thin strip of whitening gel along the upper and lower arch of the mouth tray. Be careful not to overload the trays, this will help to avoid gum irritation. Insert gel filled tray into mouth to begin whitening process. For optimal results, leave tray in for a 15-30 minute treatment. Remove tray and thoroughly rinse mouth and tray with water. Do not eat, drink or smoke for 15 minutes following the procedure.
