Not sure if the ink wasn't dry yet and was moved but it does have a smear on the back. (Pictured) The front of the ruler is perfect and it doesn't affect the 3D It has sat in a bin with school supplies for the past 5+ years It is a 3D ruler. You can't see the 3D in the picutres It's very colorful and says FLOWER POWER in the center.
