Up for sale is a 1894 Cincinnati, Ohio OH Dixon's Walnut Hills Express Transportation 10 Token
This express company was robbed in 1894 and in 1908 Robert Davis, one of the wagon drivers fell from his wagon. I could find only two mentions of Dixon's Walnut Hills Express in the newspapers. This is listed as a more desirable Cincinnati token in Lipscomb's token book. Several examples of this token have sold, but they had the Wright Son Cincinnati makers mark on the reverse.
The token is made of brass and measures 22mm in diameter.
