Any mailings to US territories or possessions would fall under my foreign postage rate structure, unless the USPS treats such location as domestic in their rate structure....FOREIGN ORDERS--$1.50--$2.75 HANDLING CHARGE, IN ADDITION TO POSTAGE, IS BUILT INTO FOREIGN SHIPPING CHARGES . .
