It has the cut-out for the HomeLink switches, but no HomeLink parts are included. It will come exactly as pictured. It has never been in a vehicle. Please match your current part number if you want an exact replacement. They had several versions, as well as a clip style change. If you don't purchase the correct number, it won't work for you. If you are purchasing this to upgrade your vehicle, you should expect to do a little work. We do not guarantee it to be an exact replacement.
