Brand new and unused. The box was damaged and thrown out. It was tested to make sure that there was no damage to the unit and no exterior damage. Powers on when plugged into the USB port as shown in the pictures. I believe it is locked to Verizon based on the IMEI and it had a Verizon SIM card in it. Only the camera is included in the listing, no battery. So listing it as a used unit.
