NEW in plastic packaging! Rare 2001 BRIO 33604 Red Engine Train Classic Wooden Railway Sweden Made This genuine BRIO Wooden Railway piece is a brand new, high-quality item made in Sweden. It is a rare, out-of-production treasure that is hand-built from solid beechwood, using environmentally-friendly paints. A toy of lasting quality that will inspire the imaginations of generations of young (3+) railroaders or make-believers. The engine has a pretend smokestack and smokebox door details painted on front, a single 'dome' in the middle of the 'boiler,' and door, window, railing details painted on the sides of the cab. The locomotive has six wheels, each with a smooth steel hub. Comes with magnetic couplings on each end, making it suitable for use as a switcher. Brilliant red painted Swedish made wooden railway engine has long since retired. BRIO wooden railway items are the true original, but are also compatible with Thomas the Tank Engine Friends track and pieces too. So, the item featured here can be used to add on to any existing wooden railway. Approx. Dimensions: packaging: 5 inch high by 4 1/4 inch wide by 2 1/2 inch thick Engine base end to end: 1 1/4 inch wide by 3 inch long by 1 3/4 inch high NOTE: the paper portion of the packaging has minor edge wear and creases in the back and was curved.
