RETURNS:

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after you receive your Item if you are unhappy with the condition or functionality of the item. Keep in mind the items that have serial numbers ie: electronics, power tools, etc. we have on file and everything is tested before listing unless new. The return must be sent back in the original package if item is new. If you need to return anything either email us or call us before you send back to get an RMA # if you do not have an RMA # we cannot accept the return. Refunds will be given as Money back less shipping and handling.
