You can return your purchase as long as all items are originally packed and with all hardware included. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It also must be in original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Please note that actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount owned and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fees. Returns must be postmarked withing 14 calendar days from the day of delivery in order to be eligible for refund. Please ensure that items are well packed to avoid damage in shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We are also not responsible for misdelivered packages. If the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, customer is responsible to contact the courier company directly and file a claim to get refund for the losses.
