Gate-fold cover looks great; a couple creases near edges; a few creases and no scuffing (front/back);section of shrink missing near top/bottom-left on back. Inner-gate can't be evaluated due to shrink. Inner-sleeve is original (lyrics/credits); seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear; shrink is torn near bottom. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge wear to corners. Developing split near center of top-edge. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. (Not a cut-out.)
