Purchased at a Charity Sale so I do not know much about the Bag.
It may be Hand Woven ?? Hand Painted?? I believe to be both but do not know for sure so you purchase "As Is".
It is a Beautiful Woven Wooden Bamboo Purse/ Bag/Tote/Beach/Computer Laptop Bag/Book Bag, etc. It could be used for so many different things.
It has Canvas Straps that are woven into the bag and wrap around the entire bag so it would be sturdy to carry heavy items such as books or a laptop.
It is 11.2" in Height.
Depth or Width - 3.5"
Length - 17"
Strap drop - 14"
There are Painted {Maybe} Clock Towers around the top of the bag.
Color still in Excellent Shape. Unlined.

Still in excellent shape for the age of the bag. No broken, missing material on bag.
A Neat Bag that would look good with so many different outfits and could be used for such a variety of uses.
