It includes chapters on "Telepathy or Thought-Transference" and "The Principles of Mental or Psychic Healing". 218 pages, with a few illustrations. Published by the author and uncopyrighted. Light to moderate wear on cover corners including back cover bumps; light fraying on spine ends; light paper pull on ffep; otherwise in nice shape. No dust jacket. Scarce first edition.
