Beautiful Twilight Fire Topaz is a natural, mined Topaz Brazil with a great checkerboard cut across the top, and has been treated with Titanium to produce this really cool iridescent color play. At SylvaRocks, all of our Sterling Silver is made with a state of the art alloy which modifies the traditional Sterling Silver alloy (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) by replacing some of the copper with the metalloid Germanium. Adding Germanium to the Sterling Silver results in a highly tarnish resistant silver. Since the resulting metal is still 92.5% pure silver, is still qualifies as Sterling SIlver -- just better.
