Vintage NOS Infant Baby Gown - 2 Diaper Pins and similar items

This is a rarity! It is a 100% cotton, new old stock, still boxed and wrapped, baby gift by Spencer's. It comes with 1 gown, 2 diaper pins that have a little yellow ducky on one end, and 1 contour crib sheet. This was number 684. There is no other information as to size or anything else really. So assuming it is for a newborn, infant. Is a white with yellow tulips throughout the design. This is new old stock, still factory sealed. The cellophane has a few compromised areas though, please see pictures! Inner parts look unaffected! I take pride in my pictures, and are a valuable extension of my description.
