Great for display, or functional use as a vegetable, fruit, or serving bowl. Bowl is not, or mildly iridescent, while the underplate is powerfully so. The combination makes for a very striking contrast. Point to point, the plate measures 11.5" in diameter, and the bowl is 10.25" in diameter.
