Longs Peak Skylab Space Medal Future and 50 similar items

This rare medal commemorates the 1973 National Scout Jamboree. On the obverse, it says: "8TH NATIONAL JAMBOREE - FARRAGUT, ID. 1973" around the top, " CHEYENNE, WYO." on the bottom, and "LONGS PEAK COUNCIL, CHEYENNE TROOP, LIONS CLUB 101" in the middle. It also shows the Idaho and Wyoming snowy mountains with multiple sun rays shining behind and B.S.A. on the top and the BSA logo on the bottom. The reverse says: "BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, FUTURE PIONEERS OF SEA-LAND-SPACE" around the medal, and "SKYLAB 1973" in the middle, with a picture of the Skylab Space Station in the middle, planet Earth in the front and the Moon behind, with multiple stars all around and more stars on the bottom. The medal / token / coin is a must-have for any serious collector of Boy Scout memorabilia and is a beautiful addition to any collection. The medal is in excellent condition and has been well-preserved over the years, making it a true treasure for anyone interested in scouting history.
