If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us unworn/unused. Items are faulty if they are received damaged or incorrectly shipped. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or do not fit as expected, are not considered to be faulty. A full refund and shipping label will be provided (at times an item may not be requested to be returned) upon receipt of the damaged item.
