ALL MY GLASS AND PORCELAIN PIECES WILL BE HAND WASHED WITH DAWN BLUE DISH WASHING LIQUID BECAUSE IT IS A GOOD DISINFECTANT AND BY HAND WASHING THE PIECES I CAN CHECK TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO OTHER DAMAGE THAN WHAT I HAVE DESCRIBED AND ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT I HAVE NOT DISCLOSED.

These tiny little owls are made of beautiful woodland and forest findings.  Tree Bark, Dries Mushrooms, etc.   It definitely is a OOAK item.

I have had this piece since the early 90's.

Striped dried mushrooms are the feathers of his body. His beak looks like a slice of bark painted orange. There eyes are amazing, but I don't know what the artist used to create them. Their tummies are beige and slightly fuzzy. I think the whole owl is constructed on a round form of some sort. The bottom have pieces of paper attached that look like wood grain..

 Just so precious.

This is an older piece which was my own personal collection.   The tallest one stands over 2 1/2" tall and almost 2 inches wide.  The other one measures 1 1/4 inches tall x 1 1/2 inches wide.  It is made from a tree branch and other woodsy items.   The taller one has some scraping on its belly area ... so its in used to good condition.  I have had some of these pieces since 1980 and it has been packed many times to move.  I'm surprise at how well it has held up over the years.

Please view the photos for a better description. I have other owl items that were my collection when I started collecting back in 1980.  Check back to see the new ones listed.  The photo shows the flaws in this piece.
