Brand new factory sealed dvd.

A serial killer slaughters families in a small town, and the hero--high school jock Jonathan Parker (Peter Berg)--has bad dreams in which he sees the maniac at work. When he dreams of the murder of his adoptive mother and siblings, Jonathan helps his cop father (Michael Murphy) identify limping TV repairman Horace Pinker (Mitch Pileggi of 'X-Files') as the killer.

Pinker is condemned to the electric chair and, in a melodramatic but well-staged execution sequence, dramatically reveals that the source of his psychic link with Jonathan is that he is the orphan's real father and vows to return from beyond the grave to continue his reign of terror.

After death, Pinker moves into the same section of the afterlife as 'Freddy Krueger' and transforms into a terrifying energy source. He can not only appear in dreams, but zip from place to place via elctrical lines and TV signals plus possess innocent people. Jonathan and Pinker dive in and out of television programs, chasing each other from channel to channel through stunning scenes of disaster, game shows and old reruns.

A blend of dazzling special effects, jolting humour, and a score that includes Dangerous Toys, Bonfire, Dudes of Wrath, and Megadeth's remake of Alice Cooper's 'No More Mr. Nice Guy.'
