This is a vintage bone china swan salt cellar or "salt dip."  There are no manufacturer markings on it, so I don't know who made it (I assume it was made in Japan, just based on the style of the foil sticker).  It measures about 4" long, 2" wide and 3" tall.  On the bottom it's stamped "Bone China" and on the side is a red and gold foil sticker reading "Genuine Bone China" and "Our Own Imports."  Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks, no signs of use or wear at all.  Very pretty, a nice replacement piece if you have a set of these.  Also darling as a stand-alone figurine, perhaps with some miniature flowers added, or for use holding pins or other small items.  Asking $5.00 obo.
