Offered here is this nice Antique Toleware Decorative Tray. The tray itself is in good condition, with only a few small dings, mainly at the edges. The tray is a bit dusty and needs a good cleaning. The tole painting is also in over all great condition. There are some very tiny areas with paint loss, but overall, the painting is still intact. There are a few scratches to the black finish, mainly around the raised edges, although they are all over the tray. There is some light rust coming through in these areas. The tray has a beautiful floral design that is done in multi-colors, and is very detailed. There are similar scratches and areas of light rust on the back of the tray as well. I am unsure of the age of the tray, but I would date it to the early 20th Century. It is small, measuring only 10.75" long, 7" wide, and is .5" deep. It is a very nice piece of antique toleware. It has an apparatus on it for hanging. It would be a nice addition to any antique collection.
