Soft cotton, maxi length vest in good vintage condition. Three decorative buttons close the vest for 9" from the tip of the V-neck. There are no other closures below the buttons so the remaining 27" to the hem are open. Side slits are 17" long from the hem. Color is light blue with artwork in various colors. Please see the artwork in the pics for most accurate description. Just below knee length is a 5.75" high strip of linen that goes all around the dress. The primary cotton fabric of the dress is used again below this piece. Last pic shows small, light stain(s) to the right of the top button. They're really not visible unless you're specifically looking very closely for them. Great condition, otherwise! My sister gave me this as a hand-me-down about 15 years ago, so it's probably close to 20 years old. I don't believe I ever wore it, it just hung in my closet.
