Feedback: If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please email us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback so we can resolve the problem. Please Note: If you receive a damaged item, please hold onto it and any packaging it arrived in until your claim is settled. Your local Post Office may ask to see it for inspection.

We carefully inspect each item before selling and will state if there are any imperfections in the listing. If there is any item you would like that is not listed in our store, please let us know and we will try to find it for you.

Payment & Shipping: Payment is requested within 7 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment or shipping. We try to estimate the shipping costs as best we can and we will refund the difference if we find the total is higher than we had originally calculated.

International buyers please note: First Class International mail option offers no insurance and shipping can take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on location. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise below value or declare items as gifts; US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Return Policy: Please contact us before returning. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for returning. International shipping costs are not refundable.
