Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday.


SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: We offer an excellent discounted shipping policy for customers purchasing more than one item. If all unframed items can be shipped together in one tube, pay only for first item and all other items are free (highest price prevails). If purchasing more than one item, please await our combined invoice or contact us before checking out to receive shipping discount.


Although our shipping discount does not apply to framed or stretched items, we make every effort to combine items into one box to save our customers money.


SHIPPING FEES: We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Please note the we use only the heaviest, sturdiest shipping tubes for unframed artwork and these tubes are quite costly. For example, a 6 inch tube weighs between 3 and 5 pounds and costs $13-16 (depending on its length) prior to packing!


INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Additionally, we protect your purchase by obtaining a delivery signature when deemed necessary and we fully insure all items. We also take care of filing any insurance claims if your package arrives visibly damaged (please see our return/refund page for further information).


The majority of our items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Post Office Boxes are not accepted, so please provide an alternate address, if necessary.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We offer some of the lowest rates in the industry and ship via USPS expedited service. If you would like a rate prior to purchasing, please contact us with your full address, postal code and item(s) of interest. Please await our invoice for International Shipping rates prior to remitting payment.

Return Policy

Returns are acceptable if an item is damaged during shipping or if not as described in the listing. Please understand that the handling of artwork is an "art" in and of itself due to its fragile nature. As such, we cannot offer a return option on our merchandise simply because a customer changes his/her mind after opening up the artwork. Also, please keep in mind that there may be a slight variation in color from one computer monitor to another; we recommend looking at a few internet sights to see color variation if this is a major factor in your purchasing decision.

Communication is essential before returning any item. We are very amicable and understanding but we need to know if you are unhappy and for what reason. We have a 100% positive feedback rating because we care about our customer's satisfaction and our reputation, as well.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will initiate the claim with the carrier; unlike many sellers, we do not place that burden on you. We only ask that you retain all packing materials until the matter is completely resolved and may request photographs of the damages, if necessary to resolve the claim. We will either replace your piece if another is available or issue you a 100% refund once the claim is settled. We will also issue you a return shipping label, if applicable.
