Grape Gameboy Color (Purple) and The Smurfs' Nightmare
System: Gameboy Color
Genre: Action
# of Players: 1
Game Date of Release: 02/28/1999

The Purple Gameboy Color system is in OK shape. It does have some signs of use like a couple of dings on the front by the A/B buttons and some scratches where the game cartridge inserts. Both of the labels on the back are damaged a little, but still readable.
The screen does have scratches on it. Take a look at the badly flashed picture to get an idea of what it looks like. There is one scratch and one ding in particular in the upper right quadrant of the screen that may show up during gameplay.
Unfortunately, the speaker on this system is shot. It's super quiet and when turned up to the max you can hear that it's blown. It still produces sound, but a better choice would be to use headphones with this system, which works perfectly. We used a cheaper set of headphones and there was some buzzing in the background, but none with a more expensive pair so keep that in mind.

The Smurfs' Nightmare is in good shape. The label is decent, with only minor scratches and marks. The cartridge does have some scratches, especially on the top where it says "Game Boy Color" along with a dot of super glue. The back also has some scratches, but none of these affect the gameplay.

Batteries not included.

Ratings System
Our ratings system is based mostly on cosmetics and scratches to discs.
All games have been tested and work fine. A low rated game will play.
Things like rental stickers, marker, scratches, or discoloring can affect how the game is rated.
We are strict in our ratings to bring you the most accurate description. Most of the time you will see the reason for a rating from the pictures.
A '10' rating means it's perfect - '1' is still playable, but cosmetically horrible.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the item is delivered (as per USPS tracking) if game is unplayable or malfunctioning.
Please understand that for the majority of these games, we don't test every single portion of the game. So even though we do test each game and only sell them if they run perfectly, there could be an issue that we didn't discover (unless under special circumstances where it's noted in the description). If this is the case we would be more than happy to either refund you or give you a replacement (if available).
We cannot accept returns if you do not like the game or if your system cannot play NTSC format, sorry.
