TESTING:
We do test every item for electrical safety & performance but please understand most items are second hand (unless otherwise stated in listing), it is extremely difficult to test every tool & battery on every function under varying loads for varying lengths of time.
PROBLEMS:
If you do encounter any problems with the item, delivery or service please contact us and we will do our utmost to sort any issues as quickly as possible.
Our customer service is a top priority to us.
RETURNS:
Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.
Buyer must pay original & return postage.
Return postage must be tracked & insured.
Unless there is something wrong with the item or the item is not received. Then all costs will be covered by us.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
We do try and send parcels out as quickly as possible, but during busier times & over the weekend it can take up to two days for us to post a parcel out & an extra day for the courier to collect it from the drop point.
Our courier service is Monday to Friday only; parcels will not be collected from us or delivered over the weekend. Does not comes in original packaging unless is stated, generally come in a GENERIC BOX.
COSTS:
Please remember it's not only the actual postage cost. It includes printing ink & paper for labelling, the box, tape & packing materials, time & fuel to package & take to the courier, then the 10% take & 3.4% PayPal take on the postage you?ve paid.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all the returns. Please make sure to check the size, UPC, model number and all other specifications of the item and ask any additional questions prior to purchase to avoid this fee on returned items.
For some UK deliveries there is an additional charge to send a parcel to a remote location (postcodes beginning IM; HS & ZE) also the Channel Islands.

BUYER & SELLER PROTECTION:
Unfortunately due to a few people buying tools & returning their faulty ones. Every item is security marked inside & out (including batteries) and all serial numbers are taken.
We also offer a 30 days return policy, if an item has been returned in a bad condition or received a fraudulent return, than buyer would have to pay up to 50% of the amount paid at checkout.
Please try and pay within 24 hours after the auction has finished so that we can send parcels out as quick as possible. Due to an increase in non-paying bidders,?s Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open an unpaid item case & chase payment after 4 days.
