This vintage brass medal is a great piece of memorabilia from the 1967 Idaho Boy Scouts World Jamboree.

The obverse of the medal says: "THE XII BOY SCOUTS WORLD JAMBOREE" on the top, "AUGUST 1-9 1967 FARRAGUT STATE PARK, IDAHO" on the bottom, with the outline of the state of Idaho and the globe coming out of what says "FARRAGUT STATE PARK" on the left and "PEND OREILLE LAKE" on the right, which is where the Jamboree took place.

The reverse says: "FOR FRIENDSHIP" on the top and "THIRTEEN THOUSAND BOY SCOUTS - ONE HUNDRED NATIONS" on the bottom, with a depiction of 6 Boy Scouts in various uniforms and head covering gear in the middle.

It is a perfect addition to any collection for those who love Idaho, the Boy Scouts, and historical pieces.

The medal was made in the United States and is a great representation of the organization's values and history.

It is a unique piece that will stand the test of time, making it a great gift for any scout or collector.

This item comes from a smoke-free, dog-loving home. We have a beautiful dog, who loves to spread her hair on everything.  Although I do my best to clean everything that I ship out, encountering some of her lovely hair is a possibility.

I love to recycle, so there's a good chance that I will ship in a previously used envelope or box, and use paper and used grocery bags as packing and padding materials.
