This is a Dell Giant No. 33 Comic of Walt Disney's Daisy Duck and Uncle Scrooge Picnic Time published by Dell Publishing Company, Inc. in 1960.  The grade is probably at least a Very Fine but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.  Overstreet's Whiteness Level (OWL) is a 9+.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
